1. Overview These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Made by Morrell website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products and Personalisation All products sold are physical goods. Many items are personalised or custom-made and are therefore exempt from returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
3. Delivery Standard items are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Personalised items may take up to 7 business days. Rush orders may be available depending on stock – please contact us prior to ordering if you need your item sooner.
4. Courier and Lost Parcels If a parcel is lost or delayed, we will investigate with the courier and may offer a replacement at our discretion if the issue is courier-related.
5. Returns and Refunds Faulty goods are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for personalised items unless faulty. We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a resolution. Misuse, modification, or intentional damage is not covered.
6. Cancellations and Amendments Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed. This includes all personalised items, which may go into production immediately.
7. Pricing and VAT Made by Morrell is not VAT registered. All prices shown are final and do not include VAT.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes Discount codes and promotions may be offered at our discretion. They may be subject to expiry dates, usage restrictions, and exclusions. Offers cannot be applied to past orders or combined with other promotions unless stated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions without notice.
